Poster Sessions Explained

The exact program for the various Poster Sessions will be made available under the PROGRAM page in due course.

You are required to make use of the official IHTC-17 Slideshow Template which can be downloading using the button below.

Each poster session will be preceded by a short oral presentation session where each author will present a short, 2-minutes, 2-slide oral summary of their paper. This should be a concise summary of what you did in this research and the key results and must be presented in English.

Please visit your specified venue, no later than, the preceding BREAK or LUNCH slot before the start of your scheduled poster session, in order to provide your presentation slides to the IHTC-17 volunteer in the venue. This can be provided on a USB Flash-Drive so that it can be loaded onto the venue’s laptop. This will not be possible during your poster session, or any other actively running sessions prior to your session. Feel free to complete this on the day(s) before your session to alleviate pressure.

When presenting, simply open your presentation slides that will be saved on the venue laptop’s desktop. The IHTC-17 volunteer in the venue will be on-hand to assist.

Your presentation time will be available under the PROGRAM page in due course.
