Single Authors
1 x Regular registration covers only 1 x paper submission.
Very important: Student registration does not include a paper submission.
If you are a single author of multiple papers, please contact the IHTC -17 Events Team by sending an email to ihtc@africamassive.co.za.
Co-Authors
If you are a co-author of multiple papers, be sure that the other paper(s) are covered by another Regular registration(s). Your registration will cover only one of your papers.
Co-Authors/Authors must register by the extended deadline, Thursday, 15 June 2023 in order to have their paper(s) included in the conference proceedings.
Received on or before Thursday, 15 June 2023: Full refund payable less a $ 35.00 administration fee.
Received between Thursday, 15 June 2023 & Friday, 30 June 2023: 50% of total registration fee will be refunded, less a $ 35.00 administration fee.
Received on or after Friday, 30 June 2023 without a valid reason: No refund will be payable.
Student registration does not include a paper submission.
